• 1.PPC Advertising Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running PPC campaigns on any search engine using ZOSI's trademarked terms or any variations or misspellings thereof. This includes, but is not limited to, bidding on keywords such as "ZOSI," "ZOSI Tech," or any other brand-related terms. 2.Domain Names Affiliates, including any affiliated companies, are prohibited from registering, purchasing, or using domain names that are similar to or could be mistaken for ZOSI's brand or domain name. This includes domains that may infringe upon ZOSI's trademarks or create confusion among users. 3.Website Impersonation Affiliates, including any affiliated companies, must not create websites that may impersonate the ZOSI website or mislead users into believing that they are visiting an official ZOSI website. 4.Mirroring or Copying Affiliates are strictly prohibited from copying, resembling, or mirroring the look and feel of the ZOSI website. This includes using any means to create the impression that an affiliate's website is the official ZOSI website or part of the ZOSI website. 5.Coupon Guidelines a. Affiliates may only advertise coupon codes provided to them through the ZOSI Affiliate Program. b. Affiliates must not advertise coupon codes obtained from non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaign. c. Affiliates must link directly to the ZOSI website upon click-through. Framing of the ZOSI website is strictly prohibited. d. Affiliates must not mislead customers with expired or non-existent coupon offers. Deceptive tactics, such as cookie stuffing, are strictly prohibited. 6.Email Marketing a. Affiliates must not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that references the ZOSI Affiliate Program without prior written consent. b. If affiliates intend to promote the ZOSI Affiliate Program through email campaigns, they must comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and obtain prior approval from ZOSI. c. Emails must be sent on behalf of the affiliate and must not imply that they are being sent on behalf of ZOSI. d. Affiliates must submit emails to ZOSI for approval prior to sending or provide a copy of the email to ZOSI. 7.Email Contact ZOSI reserves the right to send emails to affiliates for the purpose of informing them about relevant changes or additions to the ZOSI Affiliate Program or related products and services. 8.Prohibited Activities Affiliates must not engage in the following activities: a. Displaying invented or unauthorized discount codes on their websites. b. Using i-frames to surreptitiously set cookies on users' computers. c. Promoting discount codes without authorization. 9.Scraping and Automated Queries Affiliates are prohibited from running massive queries on the ZOSI website, engaging in scraping, page-scraping, or using any automated device or methodology to access or monitor the ZOSI website without express written permission. 10.Compliance and Consequences Affiliates found to be in violation of these terms and conditions may have their participation in the ZOSI Affiliate Program terminated immediately. Any commissions generated through non-compliant activities will be voided. ZOSI reserves the right to take legal action in cases of severe violations.
